Determination Of The Type Of Transport And Communication Lines Or Communication Network On Which Transport Will Be Carried Out. Public Collective Transport In The Field Of Municipal Passenger Transport In Road Transport On Communication Lines Or Communication Network Covering The Sierakowice Commune, For Which The Sierakowice Commune Is The Organizer, As Well As On Communication Lines Or Communication Network Covering Neighboring Communes, Provided That The Sierakowice Commune Concludes Appropriate Inter-Municipal Agreements With Them. 4.
