Planting And Maintenance Services Of Green Areas – Maintenance Services Of Green Spaces On Built And Undeveloped Land For The Etablissement Public Foncier Ile-De-Located In The Departments Of 78, 91 And 92. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is As Follows: Maintenance Services For Green Spaces On Built Or Undeveloped Land For The Epfif Located In The Departments Of 78, 91 And 92. The Contract Is Treated At Unit Prices (Article R2112-6 1°) Passed In The Form Of A Single-Awarder Framework Agreement In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles R2162-1 And Following On The One Hand, And R2162-13-14 On The Other Hand And Is Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders Under The Following Conditions: - Without A Minimum Annual Amount, - With A Maximum Annual Amount Of 1,000,000 Euros Excluding Tax. Or A Total Amount And For The Entire Duration Of The Framework Agreement, Of 2,000,000 Euros Excluding Tax. The Services Will Be Carried Out According To The Needs Of The Etablissement Public Foncier Dile-De-France, By Issuing Successive Purchase Orders Notified To The Holder Until The Last Day Of Validity Of The Said Contract.
