As Part Of The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, On The Basis Of Documents Provided By The Ordering Party, Taking Into Account The Requirements For The Subject Of The Order Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz), The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: 1) Manufacture, Deliver, Assemble And Launch All Elements Of The Mechaniczne Oko Exhibition (Hereinafter Referred To As The Exhibition) On The Terms And Within The Scope Described In The Sopz, Including: A) Stands, Including Showcases And Displays And Stands Multimedia; B) Furniture And Arrangement Elements In The Exhibition Space And The Exhibition Foyer; C) Connection And Calibration Of The Lighting Of Showcases And Displays To The Existing Telecommunications And Electrical Networks, Including Commissioning; D) Physical Assembly Of Museum Objects In Showcases, Pedestals And Displays, Along With The Delivery Of All Elements Of The Equipment Required For Their Proper Display In Accordance With The Specifications And Design Documentation; 2) Production, Delivery And Installation Of The Graphic Design Of The Exhibition, According To The Design Documentation And Specifications In The Exhibition Space And The Exhibition Foyer And The Exhibition Visual Identification System; 3) Disassembly And Reassembly And Adaptation Of Existing Arrangement Elements In Coordination With The Construction Contractor, If This Results From The Needs Of Assembly Of Exhibition Elements And Stands; 4) Preparation Of Workshop Documentation Including Details Of The Construction Of Elements, Access Inspections And Changes Necessary For The Implementation Of The Exhibition; 5) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation To The Extent Specified In The Draft Contractual Provisions; 6) Preparation Of Designs Supplementing The Existing Design Documentation; To The Extent Necessary For The Operation Of The Exhibition And The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order; 7) Ensuring Or Granting A 24-Month Warranty On The Subject Of The Order, However, In Relation To The Equipment, The Warranty Period Will Be 36 Months, 8) Delivery, Installation And Launch Of The Exhibition Management System And The Content Management System; 9) Integration Of The Delivered Systems With The Systems Existing In The Building. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, A Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In: 1) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz) - Annex No. 1 To The Swz; 2) Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) - Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory.
