The Scope Of The Current Order Is Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase And Exercise Of Authors Supervision During The Construction Of An Object Renovation Of A Space South Of The Day Center For Support Of Children With Disabilities And Their Families, Haskovo, In Upi - Xix For Social Activities, Quarter 226 According To The Plan Of The City Of Haskovo, Pi 77195.716.580 According To The Cc Of The City Of Haskovo Activities, Subject To Be Awarded For The Period Of Execution Of The Order Are: Activity 1: Preparation Of An Investment Project For The Site Renovation Of A Space South Of The Day Center For Support Of Children With Disabilities And Their Families, The City Of Haskovo, In Upi - Xix For Social Activities, Quarter 226 According To The Plan Of The City Of Haskovo, Pi 77195.716.580 According To The Cc Of The City Of Haskovo. The Investment Project Will Be Developed By Legally Competent Designers In The Working Project Phase And With A Minimum Scope Of The Following Parts: Part Parking And Landscaping Part Architectural Part Structural Part Geodesic Part Electrical Part Plumbing Part Fire Safety Safety And Health Plan Construction Waste Management Plan Accounting Documentation At The Discretion Of The Contractor, Other Parts Of The Investment Project May Be Added As Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And For The Issuance Of A Construction Permit. Each Part Of The Investment Project Must Be Coordinated With The Other Parts Of The Project. The Working Investment Project Should Clarify The Specific Design Decisions To The Extent That Provides An Opportunity For The Comprehensive Implementation Of All Types Of Smr For The Site, As Well As Provide Design Solutions That Ensure Compliance With The Zut, The Normative Regulations In Force In The Republic Of Belarus, The Design Task And The Requirements Of The Present Technical Specification. The Investment Project Must Be Presented In 4 (Four) Original Copies On Paper And 1 (One) Electronic Cd In The Format: Graphic Part - Dwg And Pdf, Text Part - Word And Pdf, Tables - Excel And Pdf. The Content Of The Electronic Medium Must Be Identical To The Paper Medium. The Investment Project Is Handed Over To The Contracting Authority With A Handover Protocol, Which Reflects The Availability Of The Presented Project And Its Compliance With The Contracting Authoritys Requirements. Activity 2 - Exercising Authors Supervision During The Construction Of The Site. With The Implementation Of Authors Supervision By The Designers Or Persons Authorized By Them With The Same Qualification, The Exact Implementation Of The Approved Investment Project Is Guaranteed. The Authors Supervision Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of Zut, As Well As All Applicable Technical Standards, Norms And Regulations Of The Current Bulgarian Legislation.
