The Company Location In Lehrte/Ahlten Is To Be Further Strengthened And Expanded Through Forward-Looking Urban Development. The Competition Area Covers Around 30 Hectares And Is Characterized By Technical Infrastructure (Existing Substations, High-Voltage Lines, Etc.). Against The Background Of Tennets Dynamic Growth, There Is A Need For Strategically Oriented Area Development. An Urban Planning Ideas Competition With An Implementation Component Is Currently Being Held At The Lehrte Campus. This Forms The Basis For The First Expansion Stage Of The Campus And Defines The Location, Scope And Interfaces Of The First Buildings. The Subject Of This Tga Tender Is Initially The Multifunctional Building (Mfg). In Addition To The Mfg, The Client Reserves The Right To Alternatively Or Additionally Include Other Buildings Or Usage Units, In Particular The Administration Module 2 (Vm2) And The Communication Center (Kmkz), In The Order And To Carry Them Out At The Same Time. Suggestions From The Competition For Changing The Use Of Existing Buildings Will Be Considered According To The Same Principles. They Can Be Commissioned Alternatively Or Additionally And Implemented In Parallel. The Aim Of The Tender Is To Award All The Necessary Planning Services For The Technical Building Equipment (Tga) For These New Operational Buildings To A Market Participant.
