Travel Agency, Tour Operator And Tourist Assistance Services – Reservation, Sale And Delivery Of Airline Tickets For International Routes. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reservation, Sale And Delivery Of Airline Tickets For Passenger Transport On International Routes For Senators, Employees Of The Senate Chancellery, Persons Delegated By The Senate Chancellery And Other Non-Employees Accompanying Delegations On Foreign Trips And For Foreign Guests Of The Ordering Party Arriving In Poland. Tickets Should Be Delivered By E-Mail To The E-Mail Address. 2. International Routes Also Include The Domestic Sections Specified In The Air Ticket For The International Journey, Covering - In Both Directions - The Route From Any Domestic Airport To The International Airport At Which The International Journey Begins. 3. The Basis For The Sale Of Airline Tickets Is The Submission Of A Written Order By E-Mail By The Ordering Party. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Search For The Most Advantageous Connections, Make Reservations And Sell Airline Tickets, In Accordance With The Order Placed By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Exercise The Greatest Care When Performing The Subject Of The Order. Flights Should Be Carried Out By Carriers Associated With Iata, And, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, By Other Air Carriers - Not Associated With Iata. The Contractor Will Ensure The Most Logistically And Financially Advantageous Connections, Both In Relation To Specific Routes And Airlines, As Well As Efficient Operation Of Reservations And Ticket Sales, As Well As When Making Changes In This Regard. 5. The Contractor Will Submit To The Ordering Party At Least Three Alternative Air Connections In The Selected Direction, Taking Into Account The Most Advantageous Ticket Price, Promotion, Route Length, Travel Time, As Well As Connections Offered By The So-Called Low-Cost Airlines. When Making A Reservation, The Contractor Will Provide The Flight Route, Class, Tariff, Fare Code, Ticket Price According To The Carriers Tariff, Applied Percentage Discount Granted By The Contractor To The Ordering Party, Additional Fees, E.G. Airport, Fuel, Baggage, Etc., The Price Of The Gross Transaction Fee And The Final Price Of The Ticket. 6. The Contractor Will Submit The Flight Variants Described In Point 5 To The Ordering Party Within A Maximum Of 1 Hour From The Moment The Ordering Party Submits The Request. The Execution Time May Be Extended To 24 Hours After Agreement With The Ordering Party. 7. The Contractor Will Apply The Special Corporate Rates And Route Tariffs Negotiated By The Ordering Party, As Part Of Direct Contracts With Airlines, As Well As Additional Privileges (Upgrade To A Higher Class, A Pool Of Free Tickets, Premiums, Bonuses And Discounts) - Taking Into Account The Most Favorable Ticket Prices For The Ordering Party. 8.
