Expression of Interest are invited for Develop MSME Sustainable Finance Country Assessment Report IFC will carry out a comprehensive market assessment and analysis of the MSME ecosystem in seven Asian countries with the goal of providing information relevant to the development of sustainable finance frameworks and products within those markets. Consultant is tasked with preparing country assessment reports to provide a comprehensive overview of the sustainable MSMEs ecosystem and its stage of development across seven Asian countries: Philippines, Indonesia, Mongolia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Vietnam. The assignment will specifically take into account the following context and issues: Ecosystem maturity and sustainability practices National frameworks, policies, and regulations for MSMEs sustainable finance Government and industry initiatives Stakeholder mapping ESG integration and disclosure requirements Alignment with global standards and Inclusive Sustainable Finance principles In addition, the Consultant will prepare summary slides for the country assessment reports and collaborate with IFC to conduct at least three dissemination workshops, including one in-person session with key stakeholders in Manila, the Philippines.
