Details Of Each Item Are Included In The Price Table. The Quantities Specified In The Price Table Have Been Determined For 12 Months Based On Previous Usage Experience, So-Called Empirical Quantities. The Experimental Quantities Have Been Given For The Purpose Of A Well-Founded Assessment Of The Offers, To Determine The Total Offer Price Without Vat, The Quantities Procured Under The Contract May Differ From These Experimental Data. The Bidder Must Submit His Bid In The Knowledge Of The Above. Only The Unit Prices Are Indicated In The Annex To The Contract To Be Concluded. The Tenderer Undertakes To Issue An Order With A Total Value Of 70% Of The Total Sum Fixed In The Framework Contract. The Tenderer Draws Attention To The 321/2015. (X. 30.) To The Provisions Of Section 46 (3) Of The Government Decree. The Products To Be Delivered Must Have The Same Design As The One Currently In Use And Must Be Equivalent To It In Terms Of Functionality, Design And All Other Technical Parameters. The Parts Must Be Delivered Based On The Given Factory Identifiers. The Bidder States That, In The Case Of Each Item, It Wishes To Set The Delivery Deadline In A Maximum Of 120 Calendar Days, Which Bidders Must Declare For Each Item In The Price Table. In Its Offer, The Offeror Must Declare, Duly Signed, That: • Undertakes The Performance In The Schedule Requested By The Requester And In The Quantity According To The Orders; • Undertakes That In The Event Of A Defect Occurring Within The Scope Of The Warranty Obligation, It Will Start Fulfilling Its Warranty Obligation Within No More Than 2 Working Days, I.E. It Will Conduct A Warranty Defect Inspection And Repair The Defect As Soon As Possible; • That In The Event Of A Failure During The Warranty Period, He Undertakes To Compensate For The Damages Resulting From The Failure; • Ensures The Delivery Of The Parts, For Which He Does Not Charge A Separate Fee; • Ensures The Integrity Of The Components During Transport And Storage, Protects The Components Against The Ingress Of Dust, Water, Moisture, Mechanical Damage And Other Contaminants; • Deliver The Offered Products In The Original Manufacturers Packaging For The Entire Duration Of The Contract, If This Is Not Possible, The Product Manufacturers Logo/Name Will Appear On The Packaging; • Provides The Parts In The Specified Quality And, In Case Of Winning, Delivers The Items Offered In The Offer For The Entire Duration Of The Contract; • Acknowledges That O The Contracting Authority Only Sends Orders By E-Mail, So That In Case Of Winning, It Ensures That The Orders Are Received At A Single E-Mail Address, O The Date Of Communication Of The Order To The Winning Bidder By The Contracting Authority, The Date Of Dispatch Of The Order To This E-Mail Address, And The Winner
