The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Service Titled: Migration Of Scada Control And Visualization Systems To The Latest Version Of Siemens Pcs7 For Stuoś - Sewage Sludge Thermal Utilization Station Located On The Premises Of The Sitkówka Sewage Treatment Plant In Nowiny Near Kielce, Ul. Przemysłowa 93, 26-052 Nowiny. The Service Entitled: Migration Of Scada Control And Visualization Systems To The Latest Version Of Siemens Pcs7 For Stuoś Includes, Among Others: 1) Updating (Upgrading) The Current Scada System To The Latest Version Of Siemens Pcs7 Along With Maintaining The Efficiency Of The Automation And Scada Systems Installed In Stuoś In The Sitkówka Wastewater Treatment Plant, 2) Supply Of Licenses, Software And Hardware Necessary To Migrate The Pcs7 System And Ensure The Current Functionality Of The Control System For The Sewage Treatment Plant At The Sitkówka Sewage Treatment Plant, 3) Implementation Of The Modernized System And Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees, 4) Engineering Of The Pcs7 Application Based On The Apl/Il Standard And Water Templates, 5) Servicing The Subject Of The Order During The Warranty And Warranty Period. The Contractor Will Propose And Deliver A Full Hardware Solution (Including Servers, Backup Equipment, Etc.) Adapted To The Offered System. Due To The Strategic Nature Of The Operation Of The Wastewater Treatment Plant, Including The Sewage Treatment Plant, The Offered Servers Must Ensure High-Class Security And Be Compatible With The Current It And Technological Equipment Of The Facility In The Field Of Automation And Control Systems, Hence The Need To Use Servers Produced By Recognized Manufacturers Of Such Class As E.G. Ibm, Hp Or Dell. It Is Required That All Equipment Offered Is New And The Servers Offered Are Manufactured No Earlier Than 6 Months Before Delivery To The Ordering Party. Servers Must Be Delivered With A Manufacturers Declaration Confirming Compliance With The Above Requirement. Until The System Being The Subject Of This Order Begins Operation, The Existing System Must Operate Without Interruption. If, During The Implementation Of The Task That Is The Subject Of This Procedure, The Supplied Equipment Does Not Guarantee The Declared System Operating Parameters In Terms Of Efficiency, Speed Of Operation And Sufficient Space For Data Collection And Archiving, The Contractor Will, Within The Offer Price (Without Incurring Additional Costs By The Ordering Party), Replace The Supplied Equipment (In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In § 5 Of The Contract Template - Annex No. 9 To The Swz) With One That Will Meet The Requirements Set Out In This Swz. The Offer Price Must Include All Costs Related To The Execution Of The Order; (Must Take Into Account All Factors Included In This Specification And Unforeseen Factors Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract).
