Supporting Services For The Government – Project Management Mandate Mission Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of Articles L2422-5 To L2422-11 Of The Public Procurement Code For The Construction Of The University Health Campus (Cus). The Guadeloupe Region, In Partnership With The State And The University Of The Antilles, Plans To Build A University Health Campus (Cus) In Les Abymes, Intended To Respond To New University And Research Practices In The Field Of Health. The Cus, Located Next To The Future Chu, Will Bring Together In The Same Place Many Complementary Players In The Field Of Health: Practitioners, Medical Students, Paramedical Students, Teachers, Researchers, Etc. The First Phase Of The Campus Will Include: * A University Of Training And Research (Ufr) Of Medicine, * An Institute And School Of Paramedical Training And * A Simulation Center, The Use Of Which Is Shared Between The Two Previous Structures. Lufr And The Simulation Center Are Built On Behalf Of The State, Via A Project Management Transfer Agreement Between The Region And The State. Thus The Corresponding Works Will Be Subject To Retrocession, From The Region To The State, At The End Of Construction. A University Restaurant And A University Residence, Managed By The Crous, Are Also Planned Within The Campus. However, They Are Not Part Of The Regional Project Management Operation. In The Longer Term, In A 2Nd Phase, Other Facilities, Such As A Research Center, A University Health Library, Or Even Other Facilities Could Be Established On This Campus (Land Reserve Planned As Part Of The Project). The Regional Authority Has Defined The Program For Phase 1 Of The Cus, The Latest Version Of Which Is Attached. A Public Call For Competition Is Being Issued In Order To Select A Project Management Agent, On Behalf Of The Region, With A View To Carrying Out The 1St Phase Of The Cus
