Software Support Services – Innovation Partnership Relating To The Development Of A Hardware And Software Solution Enabling The Support Of Users Through Services Dedicated To Autonomy, The Coordination Of Professionals And Giving Access To A Bouquet Of Services. The Contract Is An Innovation Partnership, In Application Of Article L. 2172-3 Of The Public Procurement Code. Its Purpose Is The Development Of A Hardware And Software Solution Allowing Support For Users Through Services Dedicated To Autonomy, The Coordination Of Professionals And Giving Access To A Bouquet Of Services. It Also Provides For The Acquisition Of Associated Services, Necessary For The Operation Of The Solution, And Optional. The Details Of The Expected Characteristics And Functionalities Appear In The Functional Expression Of Need (Efb). The Contract Takes The Form Of A Mixed Price Contract, Broken Down Into 4 Tranches (Each Corresponding To An Innovative Functionality That The Autonomy Agency Wishes To See In The Solution), 1 Firm Tranche And 3 Optional Tranches: - Firm Tranche (Tf): Remote Assistance With Secure Personal Data Safe; - Optional Section N°1 (To1): Voice Recognition And Video Telephony; - Optional Phase No. 2 (To2): Identification Of Weaknesses; - Optional Section N°3 (To3): Detection And Management Of Distress Situations. Each Phase Is Itself Broken Down Into 3 Successive Phases: - Phase 1 “Research”: To Study The Solution, Including Its Innovative Features, And Write Detailed External Specifications Thereof; - Phase 2 “Development”: For The Design Of The Solution And Its Experimentation With A Test Population; - Phase 3 “Acquisition”: For The Acquisition Of The Solution And Its Maintenance In Operational Conditions. The Contract Comes Into Force On The Date Of Its Notification By The Autonomy Agency To The Holder For A Period Of Nine (9) Years. It Ends After Each Party Has Fulfilled All Of Their Contractual Obligations.
