During The Dialogue, The Ordering Party Will Discuss All Terms Of The Contract With The Invited Contractors. The Subject Of The Dialogue Will Be The Following Areas: A) Detailing The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract; B) Period And Method Of Implementation, Partial Stages Of The Subject Of The Order; C) Schedule And Method Of Payment; D) Method Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order By The Ordering Party; E) Draft Contract. The Ordering Party Allows For The Dialogue To Be Conducted In The Form Of A Teleconference. The Invitation Will Indicate The Exact Place And Time Of The Meeting And The Form Of Its Conduct - Meeting/Teleconference. The Final Set Of Needs And Requirements Will Be Determined After Dialogue With Contractors. The Ordering Party Informs That Contractors Who Will Be Invited To The Dialogue Will Have To Undergo A Mandatory On-Site Visit. The Date Of The Visit Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party Along With The Invitation To Dialogue. Before Participating In The Visit, Persons Who Will Participate In The Visit And Are Foreigners Will Be Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Information Such As: Country, Name And Surname, Date Of Birth, Passport Number Or Other Document Confirming Identity And Citizenship, For Verification By The Military Counterintelligence Services.
