Planned Quantity: A Total Of 4,064 Quantity Units/24 Months As Follows: 4,044 Pcs/24 Months 20 Sets/24 Months The Details Of The Products Are Contained In The Price Table And The Technical Description. The Tenderer Draws Attention To The 321/2015. (X. 30.) To The Provisions Of Section 46 (3) Of The Government Decree. In Its Bid, The Bidder Must State The Product Manufacturer And The Product Manufacturers Id/Drawing Number Of The Offered Products In The Table Of Bid Prices, As Well As Whether The Offered Products Are Vehicle Manufacturers, Or First Installation, Or Replacement Products, And Must Submit The Documents Specified In The Technical Description With Their Bid. In His Offer, The Bidder Must State, Among Other Things, That: • The Agreed Delivery Deadline Is No More Than 10 Working Days From The Date Of The Order; • The Agreed Warranty Period Is 12 Months From The Date Of Receipt, Without Mileage Limitation; • In The Event Of A Breakdown During The Warranty Period, Undertakes To Compensate For The Damages Resulting From The Breakdown; • Starts The Repair Of The Defect Within The Framework Of The Warranty Within 2 Working Days And Completes It Within 5 Working Days After Receiving The Written Notification From The Bidder; • Ensures The Delivery Of The Products, Their Delivery In The Event Of A Warranty Claim, As Well As The Return Delivery Of The Repaired Or Replaced Product To The Bidder, For Which He Does Not Charge A Separate Fee; • The Technical And Quality Parameters Of The Products Offered For Purchase Correspond To Those Specified In The Un-Ece Regulations For Issuing Permits; • If The Manufacturer Of The Product Also Provides The Connection Elements Or Seals Or Fastening Elements Necessary For Installation For A Product, They Will Be Delivered Together With The Product Free Of Charge; • Undertakes The Performance In The Schedule Requested By The Bidder And In The Quantity According To The Orders; • Provides The Products In The Specified Quality And, In Case Of Winning, Delivers The Items Offered In The Offer For The Entire Duration Of The Contract; • The Vehicle Manufacturers Logo/Name Will Appear On The Offered Vehicle Manufacturer Products, Or If This Is Not Possible, On Their Packaging; • Delivers The Offered Vehicle Manufacturer Product In The Original Manufacturers Packaging For The Entire Duration Of The Contract; • The Delivered Products And Their Technical, Quality And Operational Parameters Are Equivalent To Those Specified By The Manufacturing Plant For The New Product; • Acknowledges That The Delivery Of Products Installed, Repaired Or Refurbished Elsewhere (Including Factory Refurbished Or Rebuilt Products) Is Not Accepted; • In Case Of Winning, He Will Attach A Certificate Of Quality To The Products At The Time Of Delivery; • Cxcvi Of 2011 On National Assets.
