1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Preparation And Delivery Of Hot Lunch Sets To The Indicated Place For Clients Of The Social Welfare Center Of The Bemowo District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw 7 Days A Week, Including Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays. 2. The Total Number Of Dinners Will Be Up To 9349 Pieces.3. The Number Of People Enjoying Lunches In Individual Months May Change, And Therefore, The Number Of Dinners Served In Particular Months May Change. The Expected Number Of People Registered To Receive Assistance In The Form Of A Hot Meal Or Lunch Will Be Approximately 35 People On Average4. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Limit The Number Of Ordered Hot Meals Referred To In Section 3, And The Ordering Party Intends To Purchase No Less Than 7,479 Meals. The Final Total Remuneration For Lunches Served Throughout The Entire Contract Period Will Result From The Actual Number Of Lunches Served. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party For Failure To Complete The Full Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order.5. Hot Lunch Sets For Eligible Persons Will Be Delivered To Their Place Of Residence In The Bemowo District By The Contractor In Tightly Closed, Thermal And Disposable Biodegradable Containers.6. Lunch Sets Will Be Delivered By The Contractor To The Place Of Residence Of People In The Bemowo District From Monday To Sunday From 1:00 P.M. To 3:00 P.M.7. All Costs Related To The Delivery Of Lunch Sets Are Borne By The Contractor.8. In Justified Cases, It Is Possible To Deliver A Packed Lunch As A Replacement For A Hot Meal, After Prior Written Agreement Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party.9. Method Of Reporting Persons Entitled To Receive Lunch Sets: 1) An Authorized Ops Employee Will Provide The Contractor With Lists Of Customers Names With Residential Addresses And Telephone Numbers Along With The Number Of Ordered Lunch Sets For Each Eligible Person No Later Than 2 Business Days Before The End Of A Given Month, For Each Subsequent Month; 2) In The Event Of Changes In A Given Month Regarding The Number Of People Or The Number Of Lunch Sets, Information About These Changes Will Be Provided By 9.00 On The Day Of Delivery Of Lunches.10. Requirements Regarding The Preparation And Serving Of Lunches Are Strictly Specified In Chapter Iii Swz11. In The Event Of A Breakdown Or Other Unforeseen Events, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Meals Of No Worse Quality At His Own Expense From Other Sources.12. Settlement Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor Will Take Place Once A Month By The 10Th Day Of The Following Month, Based On An Invoice Correctly Issued By The Contractor With The Number Of Lunches Served, Which The Contractor Will Document By Presenting A Generated Report On The Number Of Lunches Served In The Previous Month. 13. In The Monthly Settlement Period, The Submitted Invoice Together With The List Of People And The Number Of Meals Served By The Contracto
