The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive And Complete Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Building In All Industries With External Installations And Land Development Based On: • Approved Construction Design With A Building Permit Decision, • Technical (Executive) Designs, • Bills Of Quantities, • Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Decision From The Investor On Behalf Of The Investor. District Construction Supervision Inspector In Lublin. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Its Scope And Implementation Conditions Were Presented In The Design Documentation, Detailed Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And Bills Of Quantities - Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Bills Of Quantities Constitute Only Auxiliary Material And Do Not Constitute The Basis For Determining The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract. Bills Of Quantities Should Be Read In Conjunction With The Swz, Including The Design Documentation, Detailed Design And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.
