1. The Task Involves The Modernization Of The Parking Lot In Kobyla Góra At Ul. T. Sikorski In The Design And Build System. It Includes The Implementation Of Two Stages: Stage I: Development Of Design Documentation Along With The Necessary Administrative Decisions Allowing Construction Works To Be Carried Out. Stage Ii: Performance Of Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation Agreed And Accepted By The Ordering Party, Along With Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Or Reporting The Completion Of Construction Works To The District Construction Supervision Inspectorate In Ostrzeszów. The Planned Investment Is Located In The Greater Poland Voivodeship, In The Ostrzeszów Poviat, Kobyla Góra Commune, Kobyla Góra Area. The Total Area Of ​​The Parking Lot To Be Designed And Modernized Is Approximately 2,830 M2. The Task Includes: - Parking System And Parking Lot Management System, - Parking Lot (Bituminous Surface, Markings).2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Development Of Design Documentation For Individual Scopes Under The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu). The Form And Scope Of The Design Documentation Must Meet The Requirements Regarding The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design. The Contractor Will Develop Documentation Including: - Land Development Design, - Architectural And Construction Design Made In Accordance With The Requirements In Force In Poland, Based On A Current Map For Design Purposes And A Local Vision Of The Construction Site. The Project Should Include All The Necessary Sectors For The Implementation Of The Task, - The Technical Design Will Constitute A Detailed Description Of The Architectural And Construction Design And The Conditions Contained In The Obtained Opinions And Arrangements, - Stwior, - Other Studies Required To Obtain A Building Permit/Notification Of Works And Other Necessary Arrangements, If Required By Law: - Soil And Water Tests In The Area Covered By The Investment Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party, - Making All Arrangements, Obtaining Opinions And Administrative Decisions Necessary To Complete The Investment Task In Including, Building Permits Or Notification Of Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit, - Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of The Works, - As-Built Documentation Including, Among Others: Geodetic Inventory, Taking Into Account Changes Made At The Stage Of Investment Implementation, Replacement Projects Or Unimportant Changes Introduced.
