Tenders Are Invited For Providing Care Services To Eligible Residents Of The Ozimek Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Care Services And Specialized Care Services, As Well As Their Organization, For The Benefit Of Beneficiaries Of The Integration And Social Welfare Center In Ozimek, Awarded To Them On The Basis Of The Provision Of Art. 50 Of The Act Of 12 March 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Items 1214 And 1302), In Their Place Of Residence Or Stay. 2. Care Services Are Provided To People Who, Due To Age, Illness Or Other Reasons, Require The Help Of Third People And Are Deprived Of It. 3. The Number Of Hours Of Services Is: On Average Approx. 680 Hours. Per Month For Care Services And Approximately 170 Hours Per Month For Specialist Care Services For A Period Of 12 Months. Providing Care Services - For Approximately 50 People And Providing Specialized Care Services - For Approximately 22 People, On Average From 2 To 8 Hours A Day For The Number Of Days A Week, Depending On The Needs And Health Condition Of The Beneficiary. The Actual Number Of People To Whom Care Services Will Be Provided And The Actual Number Of Hours Of Care Services Provided Will Depend On The Actual Number Of People Who Are Entitled To Assistance And The Scope Of This Assistance.
