Tenders Are Invited For Successive Delivery Of Vehicle Registration Plates For The Needs Of The Communication Department Of The County Office In Leszno

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Vehicle Registration Plates In Accordance With The Legal Provisions In Force On The Date Of Implementation, I.E. In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of November 8, 2024 On The Registration And Marking Of Vehicles, Requirements For Registration Plates And Other Designs Documents Related To Vehicle Registration (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1709, As Amended), Including Making Copies Of License Plates In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport, Construction And Maritime Economy Of May 2, 2012 On The Conditions Of Production And Method Of Distribution Of License Plates And Legalization Marks (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1885). 2. The Contractor Of The Order Will Deliver The Boards At His Own Expense To The Seat Of The Communication Department Of The County Office In Leszno In Batches In Accordance With The Orders Placed By The Ordering Party (In Writing, By E-Mail, Fax Or Dedicated Computer Software Provided By The Contractor), Within 7 Days From The Date Of Placing The Order.3. The Place Of Collection Of License Plates Will Be The Ordering Partys Warehouse Located In Leszno, In The Communication Department At Pl. Kościuszki 4, Building C. Each Delivery Will Be Received And Checked In Terms Of Quantity And Quality By A Designated Employee Of The Communication Department.4. The Ordering Party Informs That During The Duration Of The Contract It Intends To Order A Total Of 13,945 Of All Types Of Boards. The Type Of Boards And Their Number Are Specified In The Swz. 5. The Quantities Given In The Swz Are Estimates. Depending On The Needs, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order A Smaller Number Of Boards. The Number Of Plates That Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party Depends On The Volume Of Demand For New Registrations Or Replacement Of Plates, In Particular After Changes In Regulations. During The Term Of The Contract, The Quantity Of Ordered Boards Of A Given Type May Differ Quantitatively From The Values ​​​​Given In Section 4. However, The Total Number Of Ordered Boards Will Not Exceed 13,945 Pcs.6. The Boards Should Be Aluminum, Foiled, Reflective, Packed In 50 Pieces Or 25 Sets In A Box And Clearly Marked With Series And Numbers.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make And Deliver Duplicate License Plates Within The Time Limit Specified By The Contractor In The Offer Form, But Not Exceeding 7 Days From The Date Of Notification Of This Fact By The Ordering Party (In Writing, By E-Mail Or Fax).8. During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Collect, Free Of Charge, The Boards Withdrawn From Use, Referred To In Art. 74B Section 1 Of The Road Traffic Law, Within Three Days From The Date Of Notifying The Contractor Of The Need For Acceptance. The Contractor Is Obliged To Handle The Received Board
