1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Protective Gloves In Accordance With The Description Of The Item Contained In Annex No. 2 To The Swz.1.1. The Estimated Quantities Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz.2. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order On Business Days (I.E. Monday To Friday) From 7.00 A.M. To 2.30 P.M., According To The Current Needs Specified By The Ordering Party In The Order, To The Mpgk Warehouse Located At Ul. Bieławin 5, 22-100 Chełm.3. The Delivery Time From The Date Of Placing The Order Should Not Exceed 5 Business Days. 4. Delivery Should Be Made Carefully, At The Contractors Expense And Risk, Using A Vehicle Adapted For Unloading. 5. Detailed Implementation Conditions Are Specified In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract.6. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Implementation Of 70% Of The Contract Value.7. The Offer Should Include The Valuation Of All Accompanying Services, Indirectly Related To The Subject Of The Proceedings, E.G. Transport To The Place Of Delivery, Which Should Be Added To The Subject Of The Order.8. The Quantities Of The Subject Of The Order Given In The Calculation Are Estimates And, Therefore, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantities Within The Scope Of The Contractors Offer, And The Contractor Undertakes To Respond Flexibly To The Increase Or Reduction Of Orders Placed By The Ordering Party Within The Product Range. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To A Claim For Full Execution Of The Order Or A Claim For Damages.9. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of A Mutual Change In Quantity Within The Items Listed And Valued In Annex No. 3 To The Swz To The Total Value Of The Offer.10. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Place Orders And Execute The Subject Of The Order Depending On The Needs, And Therefore Has The Right To Limit The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order.
