The Subject Of The Order Is The Production Of Registration Plates Made In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of November 22, 2024 On The Registration And Marking Of Vehicles, Requirements For Registration Plates And Templates Of Other Documents Related To Vehicle Registration And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of March 12, 2019 On The Professional Registration Of Vehicles, Applied Markings And Fees Related To The Professional Registration Of Vehicles.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex I.4 To Swz.3. The Detailed Scope Of Supplies Is Specified In The Valuation Table Included In Annex I.6 To The Swz, Which Should Be Submitted With The Offer In Accordance With Point 6.1.7) Swz.4. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of Min. 36 Months And A Warranty Exceeding The Warranty Period By 12 Months. Note: The Additional Warranty (Warranty Extension Period) Is Subject To Scoring In Accordance With The Offer Evaluation Criterion Specified In Point 30.2. Swz.5. Pursuant To Art. 100 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Implemented Taking Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People And Design For All Users, In Particular In Accordance With The Principles Of Universal Design Referred To In The Convention On The Rights Of Persons With Disabilities Of December 13, 2006 (Journal Of Laws Of 2012, Item 1169, As Amended).6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Persons Indicated By The Contractor Who Will Participate In The Execution Of The Order And Contact The Ordering Party During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Must Have A Communicative Level Of Polish. In Case The Above-Mentioned Persons Will Not Speak Polish, During The Term Of The Contract And For The Purposes Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide An Interpreter At Its Own Expense And With Its Own Efforts.7. The Selected Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party, Before Signing The Contract, Certificates Confirming The Compliance Of License Plates With The Technical Conditions For Each Type Of Plate.
