The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services To The City And Commune Office Of Wschowa In 2025, Within The Meaning Of The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366, As Amended) In Domestic And Foreign Traffic, In The Scope Of Accepting, Moving And Delivering Registered And Unregistered Items, Including Parcels And Their Possible Returns To The Ordering Party If Their Delivery Is Impossible (Hereinafter Referred To As Shipments).2. The Scope Of Services Covered By The Subject Of The Order Includes The Acceptance, Transportation And Delivery Of Postal Items In Domestic And Foreign Traffic, In Particular: 1) Acceptance, Transportation And Delivery In Domestic And Foreign Traffic Of Postal Items, Both Of Which Are And Are Not The Fastest Category Items: A) Unregistered Letter Items, B) Registered Letter Items, C) Postal Parcels - Including Those With A Declared Value.2) Delivery To The Ordering Party: Receipt Of Parcels, Undelivered Registered Parcels, Copies Of Confirmation Of Shipment Of Registered Parcels, 3) Providing The Ordering Party With A Return Confirmation Of Receipt Of The Parcel, Confirmed By The Addressees, Immediately After Delivery Of The Parcel, 4) Providing Intermediation Services Pursuant To Art. 57 § 5 Of The Code Of Administrative Procedure, Art. 12 § 6 Point 2 Of The Tax Ordinance, Art. 165 § 2 Of The Code Of Civil Procedure, Art. 83 § 3 Of The Law On Proceedings Before Administrative Courts, Art. 124 Of The Code Of Criminal Procedure, I.E.
