The Subject Of The Order Is The Loading, Removal And Management Of Partially Dewatered And Hygienized Sewage Sludge From The Snopków Sewage Treatment Plant. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Following Tasks: - Placing A Container For Sludge, Loading A Container With Sludge Onto Means Of Transport - Managing The Sludge In Question, Which Means The Removal Of Sludge Masses Outside The Treatment Plant And Then Their Processing (Excluding The Management Of Sludge In The Ground) In Compliance With The Requirements Specified In The Regulations: • Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, 1597, 1587, 1597, 1688, 1852, 2029, Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Items 1834, 1911, 1914, • Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of February 6, 2015, Item 23), • The Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Items 647, 1080). - Provide A Container For Periodic Storage Of Sludge, Load It Onto Means Of Transport And Transport The Sludge In Question From The Treatment Plant Area To The Place Of Its Management, - Assume Responsibility For Further Treatment Of The Sludge In Question In Accordance With The Presented Method And Place Of Its Management And Bear All Legal And Financial Consequences Related To This. A Contractor Who Has The Permit Required By Law To Conduct Waste Processing Activities, In Accordance With Art. 27 Section 3 Of The Waste Act, Becomes The Holder Of The Waste With All The Consequences Resulting From The Provisions Of The Above-Mentioned Act In This Respect, And In Particular Takes Responsibility For Further Treatment Of Sludge From The Moment Of Loading The Sludge At The Sewage Treatment Plant In Snopków. - Settle The Amount Of Sludge Exported: The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Confirm To The Ordering Party Each Time In The Bdo System - Transport And Collection Of Sludge In Accordance With The Act Of December 14, 2012. On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Items 1587, 1597, 1587, 1597, 1688, 1852, 2029, Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Items 1834, 1911, 1914), The Sludge In Question Comes From Sewage Treatment Processes At The Snopków Treatment Plant. The Sludge Is Subjected To Biological Oxygen Stabilization And Dewatering In A Press. Waste Code 19 08 05 (Stabilized Municipal Sewage Sludge). Expected Amount Of Dewatered Sludge Produced During The Period Covered By The Order - Approx. 1100 Mg Expected Minimum Amount Of Dewatered Sludge To Be Collected By The Contractor - 800 Mg Expected Amount Of Sludge Collected Within 1 Month Averaged - Approx. 84 Mgdry Matter Content - Approx. 18% The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Amount Of Sludge Transported And Collection Periods Due To Reasons Caused By Downtime, Failures, And, Above All, The Inability To Precisely Determine The Amount And Periods Of Sludge Collection By Local Farmers Intended For Agricultural Use. The Sludge Is Tested With Frequency And To The Extent Consistent With The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Env
