1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Light Fuel Oil To The Buildings In 2026: 1) Narewka Commune Office2) Kayak Station In Narewka3) Municipal Health Center In Narewka4) Ecological Education Center In Siemianówka2. The Detailed Description Of The Order Is Specified In: 1) Opz - Which Constitutes An Annex To Swz2) Drafted Essential Provisions Of The Contract (Ipu) - Which Constitute An Annex To Swz3. Moreover, As Part Of The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account The Following Requirements: 1) The Delivered Light Fuel Oil Must Meet The Requirements Contained In: Pn-C96024: 2020-12 Petroleum Products - Fuel Oils Or Equivalent; 2) The Contractor Undertakes To Ensure The Delivery, Transport And Unloading Of Light Fuel Oil In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Narewka Commune. 3) Heating Oil Will Be Delivered By Tanker Trucks In The Quantity And Place Indicated By The Ordering Party (In The Narewka Commune).4) When Valuing The Supply Of Oil In Order To Determine The Offer Price, The Contractor Will Take Into Account All Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.4. Other Detailed Requirements For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order Are Described In Detail In The Ipu Constituting An Annex To Swz.5. It Is Assumed That The Total Amount Of Fuel Oil Delivered Will Be: 1) 63,000.00 Liters Of Oil Within The Basic Scope And 2) 12,600.00 Liters Of Oil Within The Scope Covered By The Option Law.6. In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 433 Point 4) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Indicates That The Minimum Amount Of The Contractors Service Is 50,000.00 Liters Of Fuel Oil.7. The Required Delivery Quantities Are Indicated In The Above Paragraph. 6 And In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Offer Form), However, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right To Order A Larger Amount Of Heating Oil Included In The Delivery As Part Of The Contract Than Specified In Annex No. 1 - If It Is In The Interest Of The Ordering Party And Results From Its Current Needs And In The Event Of Further Degradation Of Roads In The Commune Requiring Repairs By The Road Manager, While Securing Appropriate Amounts Of Expenses In The Budget Municipalities. The Ordering Party Will Provide Written Information To The Contractor About The Need To Exercise The Option Right During The Execution Of The Contract. The Option Right Is A Unilateral Right Of The Ordering Party, Which He May, But Is Not Obliged To Use, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. If The Ordering Party Fails To Exercise The Option Right, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect.
