The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Order Titled: Preparation Of A Local Spatial Development Plan For Residential Development Areas In Selected Areas Of The Commune. The Order Includes The Preparation Of A Local Spatial Development Plan In Accordance With The Resolution Of The Harasiuki Commune Council No. Xxii/116/2025 Of October 17, 2025 On The Commencement Of Preparation Of A Local Spatial Development Plan For Residential Development Areas In Selected Areas Of The Harasiuki Commune, Hereinafter Referred To As Hereinafter Referred To As Local Plan. 4.2 The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of A Draft Local Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Items 1130, 1907, 1940, Of 2025, Items 527, 680) And The Implementing Provisions Thereof; 2) Preparation Proposals For Consideration Of Applications Submitted To The Local Plan;3) Preparation Of An Ecophysiographic Study;4) Preparation Of Relevant Documents, Including Formal And Legal Documents Resulting From The Planning Procedure, Including Draft Resolutions Of The Commune Council;5) Substantive Preparation Of Formal And Legal Documents, Draft Letters, Including Notices, Press Advertisements, Applications For Opinions And Approvals To Reviewing And Approval Bodies (Including Draft Planning Documents In Paper Or Electronic In The Amount Necessary To Carry Out The Procedure) And Introducing Changes To The Draft Local Plan Resulting From The Opinions Obtained And Arrangements Made, Including Preparing Lists Of: Planning Materials Prepared For The Needs Of The Local Plan, Applications, Opinions, Arrangements, Protocols, Comments Along With Information On The Method Of Their Consideration;6) Taking A Position On The Comments Made During Social Consultations, Making Any Changes To The Project Resulting From The Taken Into Account Comments And Repeated Arrangements;7) Cooperation With The Municipal Commission Urban And Architectural, Including: Presentations Of The Draft Local Plan At Meetings Of The Urban And Architectural Commission, As Well As At Other Meetings Regarding The Subject Of The Contract;8) Presentation Of The Draft Local Plan And Participation In Public Consultations On The Solutions Adopted In The Draft Local Plan, Preparation Of Reports And Minutes On Their Basis, Including A Report Summarizing The Course Of Social Consultations;9) Participation In Meetings With The Participation Of Councilors, I.E. Committees And Sessions Of The Commune Council Harasiuki;10) Participation In Open Meetings, Expert Panels Or Workshops, Outdoor Meetings, Study Walks, Designers Duties, Conducting Interviews, Preparing Surveys And Geosurveys, Collecting Comments, Running A Consultation Point (Method, Place And Date Agreed With The Ordering Party) Related To The Solutions Adopted In The Draft Local Plan As Part Of Social Consultations, Including Providing Explanations To Interested Persons (Writ
