1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide A Service To The Ordering Party, Consisting In Catching, Transporting And Keeping Homeless Dogs From The Trzcianne Commune. 1.2. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Catch Stray Dogs From The Trzcianne Commune At The Request Of An Authorized Employee Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Catching In Question Should Be Carried Out Using Devices And Means That Do Not Pose A Threat To The Life And Health Of Animals.1.3. The Caught Animals Will Be Transported To A Shelter For Homeless Animals.1.4. The Ordering Party Expects The Contractor To Provide 24-Hour Care For The Caught And Kept Animals And To Provide Them With Appropriate Veterinary Care Provided By An Authorized Veterinarian.1.5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Of The Subject Order To Provide Shelter And Care For Approximately 10 Homeless Dogs From The Trzcianne Commune, Which Are Staying In The Shelter In Krzeczkowo With The Current Contractor, Who Provides Services In The Field Of Catching And Caring For Homeless Dogs.1.6. The Estimated Number Of Homeless Dogs Caught From The Trzcianne Commune In The Last Three Years Is As Follows: From January 1, 2025 To November 30, 2025 - 8 Dogs From January 1, 2024 To December 31, 2024 - 12 Dogs From January 1, 2023 To December 31, 2023 Year – 8 Dogs1.7. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Number Of Stray Dogs Taken Over From The Current Contractor May Change Until The Date Of Commencement Of The New Contract.1.8. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Inspect The Shelter In Order To Verify The Correctness Of The Service Provided By The Contractor.1.9. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Keep Electronic Records And Identify All Dogs Caught And Kept In The Trzcianne Commune. 1/10 A Detailed Description Of The Scope Of The Service And The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Execution Of The Order Are Presented In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
