The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Implementation Of An Electronic Student File System (Hereinafter Referred To As E-File) And Student Circulation At The University, Along With Warranty Service Services. The Material Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Consists Of A Basic Order And An Order Covered By Option Rights. The Basic Order Includes Analysis, Delivery, Installation, Implementation And Training In Accordance With The Annex Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Provision Of Warranty Service Within A Period Of 12 Months From The Moment Of Faultless Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order. The Option Right Covers Maintenance Services. The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Exercise The Option Right From The Date Of Completion Of The Basic Maintenance Service By Submitting A Declaration Of Will To The Contractor In This Respect. If The Ordering Party Exercises The Option Right, The Service Services Covered By The Option Right Will Be Provided No Longer Than Until December 31, 2028 On The Terms Specified In The Contract. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
