The Scope Of The Order Includes: The Subject Of The Order Is Care For Children Attending Educational Institutions (Schools And Kindergartens) In The Barczewo Commune During Transport (In Public Transport Buses). Child Care While Children Are On Buses On The Way From Home To The Educational Institution And From The Educational Institution To Home (Bus Stops) During Fixed Hours. Care Should Be Provided On School Days, Determined In Accordance With The School Year Calendar Established On The Basis Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education Of Of August 11, 2017 On The Organization Of The School Year (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1211). During Winter And Summer Breaks, Holidays Or Other Days Designated By Individual Schools As Days Off From Classes, There Will Be No Care. It Is Assumed That: - There Will Be 8 Caregivers - Care Will Be Provided On The Bus At Specific Hours And Routes (According To The Annex - As Agreed With Carrier - The Municipal Office In Barczewo And The Ordering Party - The Estimated (Planned) Number Of Children To Be Cared For (On All Routes) Is Approximately 3,302. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: Develop, Before Starting The Transport (After Signing The Contract), An Employment Plan For Individual Persons (Babysitters) Assigned To A Given Transport Route For Each Vehicle And Then Present The Plan To The Ordering Party For Approval Before The Commencement Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, And Before The Commencement Of The Contract Commencement Of Transport, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With The Data Necessary To Prepare Lists Of Students Transported To Educational Institutions And To Return Home, I.E. A List Of The Number Of Students Covered By The Transport Service And Their Residential Addresses. Transport Does Not Include Activities Other Than Compulsory School Activities Organized And Conducted By The School, I.E. It Does Not Include Activities That Are Not Part Of The Schools Tasks, In Which The Child Participates, E.G. As A Result Of The Parents Decision (Rehabilitation, Sports Activities, Etc.). In Justified Situations - In Cases Of Sudden And Unexpected Street Closure. Or Difficulties Preventing Travel On Streets On Which Transport Takes Place In Accordance With The Routes Approved By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Be Able To Decide To Change The Travel Time. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Agree The Arrival And Departure Times Of Individual Students With School Principals In Such A Way As To Ensure That Students Arrive (Or Leave) At School Before The Start Of Classes, Resulting From The Lesson Plans, And Return Each Student After The End Of Classes.
