Part Implementation Of Basic Medical Transport Services With A P Type Ambulance For Ucmmit Patients, Consisting In The Provision Of Medical Transport Services 24 Hours A Day, Every Day Of The Week And Year, I.E. On Average 20 Hours A Month And On Average 180 Km A Month, Transport Of Patients Hospitalized At The University Center For Maritime And Tropical Medicine In Gdynia - Including Collecting The Patient From The Ucmmit Headquarters Within A Maximum Time Of 40 Minutes (Unless A Shorter Time Was Declared In The Offer) From The Moment Of Telephone Order (Unless The Transport Is Planned On The Earlier Day, Then The Patients Transport Begins On The Scheduled Day And Time, Without Delays) And His Transport To The Place Specified In The Medical Transport Order Document With The Participation Of At Least Two Persons Authorized To Perform Emergency Medical Activities, Including A System Nurse Or A Paramedic. In The Event That None Of The Above Persons Do Not Meet The Conditions Referred To In Art. 106 Section 1 Of The Act Of 5 January 2011 On Vehicle Drivers, The Team Also Includes A Driver Who Has A Permit To Drive An Emergency Vehicle In The Appropriate Category Of Driving License And Meets Other Conditions Referred To In Art. 106 Section 1 Of The Act Of January 5, 2011 On Vehicle Drivers. The Vehicles Must Be Road Medical Ambulances Of At Least Type B, Intended For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Meeting The Requirements Of • The Currently Applicable Standard Pn-En 1789:2021 Road Ambulances And Their Equipment - Medical Ambulances (Or A Standard Replacing It) Or An Equivalent Standard, • The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health On Detailed Requirements To Be Met By Road Ambulances And Their Equipment, • The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Traffic Law Road And Implementing Acts. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Its Own Dispatch Room, With Telephone Contact, Open 24 Hours A Day, Every Day Of The Year, Enabling The Acceptance Of Orders For Sanitary Transport Trips From The Ordering Party. The Vehicles Are Not At The Exclusive Disposal Of The Ordering Party.
