The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Functional And Operational Program For The Task Entitled: Investment In The Field Of Non-Motorized Individual Transport On The District Road No. 3307E - Ul. Konstantynowska/Ul. Rypułtowicka In Pabianice - Continuation (Hereinafter Referred To As Pfu). The Functional And Operational Program Being The Subject Of The Order Will Be Used To Submit An Application For Co-Financing Under The Zit Strategy Of The Łódź Area Metropolitan Area For 2021-2027, Therefore, Should Be Developed In Accordance With The Principle Of Equal Opportunities And Non-Discrimination, Including Accessibility For People With Disabilities And The Principle Of Equality Between Women And Men, Respecting Fundamental Rights And Equality Principles Within The Framework Of Eu Funds For 2021-2027, Maintaining Compliance With The Goals Of Sustainable Development, Respecting The Relevant Eu Climate Standards And Priorities And The Principle Of Do No Serious Harm. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement Includes Execution Of A Pfu For The Construction Of A Bicycle Path And/Or A Path For Pedestrians And Bicycles As Well As A Pedestrian Path With The Necessary Infrastructure To Service Road Users (E.G. Bicycle Racks, Self-Service Bicycle Repair Stations) In The District Road No. 3307E In Pabianice On Two Sections With A Total Length Of Approx. 0.5 Km, I.E.: A) Section Of Ul. Konstantynowska From The Intersection Of Ul. Konstantynowska And Ul. Żwirki I Wigury In Pabianice (For The Intersection, Its Reconstruction Should Be Taken Into Account To Ensure Traffic Continuity And Safety Of All Traffic Participants, Including The Analysis Of Its Reconstruction Into A Roundabout-Type Intersection) Up To The Height Of The Plot No. 100/3, Area: P-9 M. Pabianice With The Intersection Of Ul. Partyzancka (National Road No. 71) From Ul. Konstantynowska (Scope Indicated In The Overview Drawing No. 1 - Appendix No. 9 To The Swz), B) Section Of Ul. Rypułtowicka, Including A Roundabout Intersection To The District Borders (Scope Indicated In Overview Drawing No. 2 - Annex No. 10 To Swz). The Study Should Present Solutions For Connecting The Designed Sections Of A Bicycle Path And/Or A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path As Well As A Pedestrian Road To Existing Or Designed Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes Or Including Bicycle Traffic To/On The Road. The Scope Of The Order Includes Obtaining Approvals/Opinions From Road Managers Intersecting Sections Covered By The Pfu Study.2.
