A) Providing Veterinary Assistance To Animals Injured In Traffic Accidents In The Błonie Commune, And Providing Veterinary Care To Homeless Animals Requiring Such Care (Visit, Travel Costs, Medicines And Medical Materials), B) Euthanasia Of Terminally Ill Animals (In Situations Permitted By Regulations), C) Sterilization And Castration Of Stray Dogs And Free-Living Cats And Animals With Owners, Along With Observation Of The Animal After The Procedure, D) Microchipping Animals (Chip, Entry In The Database And Entry In The Animals Information Card), E) Euthanasia Of Blind Litters, F) First Examination Of The General Health Of A Homeless Animal Or A Free-Living Cat Or Non-Domesticated And Wild Animal, Along With Performing The Necessary Medical Procedures And Administering Medications And Continuing Treatment - Subsequent Visits, G) Deworming The Dog/Cat, H) Removing Fleas From The Dog/Cat, I) Carrying Out A Complete Set Of Basic Vaccinations (The First Comprehensive Vaccination Against Infectious Diseases And Rabies), J) Keeping Information Cards Of Animals That Received Help And A List Of Adoption Contracts For Stray Animals From The Błonie Commune, Declarations Necessary For The Settlement Of Invoices, In Accordance With The Annexes To The Resolution On The Introduction Of A Program For The Care Of Stray Animals And Preventing Animal Homelessness In The Błonie Commune. K) Help For Animals Will Be Provided Immediately, After Reporting By Phone At 7:00-23:00 (City Guard Duty), And In Special Cases, E.G. Absence, The Contractor Will Indicate A Person With Appropriate Authorizations To Perform The Activities Covered By The Order As A Substitute. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contract Template And Description Of The Subject Matter, Which Are Annexes To This Contract.
