And Windows Server 2025 User Cal (Client Access License) Or Equivalent (40 Pcs.) - 1 Set4) Nas Disk - Backup - 1 Pc.5) Utm – 2 Pcs. 6) 24-Port Network Switch – 1 Pc. 7) 48-Port Network Switch – 1 Pc. 8) 2Kva Rack Ups – 1 Pc. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Technical Specification – Annex No. 1A To The Swz;2) Draft Contract – Annex No. 5 To The Swz.3. Warranty And Warranty For Defects: The Ordering Party Requires A Manufacturers Warranty For The Delivered Devices For A Minimum Period Of: 1) Rack Server - 36 Months (The Final Warranty And Warranty Period For Defects Will Result From The Contractors Offer); 2) Nas Disk - Backup - 36 Months; 3) Utm - 24 Months; 4) 24-Port Network Switch - 24 Months; 5) 48-Port Network Switch - 24 Months; 6) 2Kva Rack Ups – 24 Months For Electronics, 24 Months For Batteries; From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Order. Warranty Conditions In Accordance With The Provisions Of Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Technical Specification. During The Manufacturers Warranty Period, The Ordering Party Will Also Be Entitled To Rights Arising From The Warranty For Defects Regarding The Subject Of The Order, On The Terms Specified In The Cc.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Parts Of The Order Within The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order.5. Whenever The Procurement Documents Refer To Materials Or Products With The Indication Of Trademarks, Patents, Proper Names, Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor As Well As References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, It Is Assumed That Such Indications Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. These Markings Are Intended Only To Describe The Minimum Technical Parameters That These Products Should Meet. The Ordering Party Will Consider Goods With No Worse Technical And Operational Parameters Than Those Indicated In The Technical Specification (Annex No. 1A To The Swz) To Be An Equivalent Product. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party May Not Reject The Offer Only Because The Offered Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Do Not Comply With The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems To Which The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers, Provided That The Contractor Proves In
