Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Printing And Related Tasks Related To The Lease Of Printing Devices For The Praga-Północ District Office Of The Capital City Of Warsaw.
The Subject Of The Order Is Comprehensive Support For Printing And Related Tasks, Including The Lease Of Printing Devices. The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Delivery Of A Non-Exclusive License/Granting A Sublicense For The Duration Of This Agreement, Granted By The Manufacturer Of The Software - The Contractors System, The Terms Of Which The Manufacturer Added To The Software, However, Not Worse Than Those Resulting From The Agreement, Allowing The Use Of The Contractors System Installed On Devices Connected To The Lan And Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Annex No. 9 To The Swz, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement; In The Case Of Licensing Based On Limits On The Number Of Supported Equipment Due To The Withdrawal Of Obsolete Devices From Use Or The Purchase Of New Ones, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Scope Of Devices Subject To Maintenance Services Under This Agreement, However, The Maximum Number Of Devices Will Not Exceed 200 Pieces. Changing The Devices Referred To In The Previous Sentence Will Not Constitute An Amendment To The Agreement;2) Implementation Of The Contractors System For Printing;3) Providing Service For Printing Devices On The Terms And Recommendations Of Their Manufacturer;4) Delivery Of Consumables Covered By The Manufacturers Warranty In Accordance With The Specifications Of The Devices And Their Manufacturers Recommendations.5) Lease Of 64 Pieces Of Equipment, Including: Mfp A3 Devices In The Number Of 15 Pieces And A4 Printers In The Number Of 49 Pieces (Lease Includes Delivery And Installation Of The Subject Of The Order), Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025, According To The Leased Devices Protocol Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Contract, Which Meet The Requirements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specified In Annex No. 9 To The Swz Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract. Devices Should Be Marked With Stickers Containing The Device Number And Owner. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Requirements Regarding Its Implementation Are Specified In: A) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex No. 9 To The Swz, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, B) Draft Provisions Of The Contract With Annexes - Annex No. 8 To The Swzc) Price Form - Annex No. 4 To The Swzd) Assortment Form - Annex No. 5 To The Swze) List Of Offered Leased Devices Along With Their Technical Specifications - Annex No. 6 To Note: All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
