The Quantity Of Products That The Ordering Party Will Purchase During The Term Of The Contract Is Shown In The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 1A To Swz.4.2.6. In The Event Of An Increase In The Ordering Partys Demand For Supplies Covered By The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Unilaterally Extend The Subject Of The Order, At The Prices Indicated In The Offer, In The Maximum Quantities Indicated In Annex 1A, And The Execution Of The Order Will Not Exceed The Deadline Specified In Point. 8 Swz. 4.2.6.1. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Make Deliveries Covered By The Option Law On The Same Terms And Conditions As Guaranteed Orders Based On The Order Sent By The Ordering Party.4.3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed At The Prices Specified In The Offer4.4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Successively Deliver The Products Covered By The Subject Of The Order, Based On Orders Submitted Electronically.4.5.
