The Given Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Is An Estimated Quantity Used To Properly Prepare The Offer. The Actual Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party.3. Oil Will Be Delivered On The Dates And In Quantities Specified By The Ordering Party. In Case Of Doubts As To The Quality Of The Oil, The Ordering Party May Take A Sample Of The Delivered Oil Twice A Year And Submit It For Quality Testing. The Costs Related To The Test Are Borne By The Supplier. If The Quality Of The Delivered Oil Does Not Meet The Required Quality, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Withdraw From The Contract Immediately.6.
