1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Rescue Equipment Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. Divided Into 3 Separate Parts: Part I: Delivery Of Pneumatic Sleeping Tents - 2 Pcs. The Subject Of The Order In Part I Of The Procedure Is The Delivery Of Pneumatic Sleeping Tents - 2 Pcs. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: - Tent Dimensions: 7.2 M X 5.2 M X 2.6 M, - Construction: Pvc Material 1.080 G/M2 (Polyvinyl Chloride), - Covering: Pvc Material 400 G/M2, - Detachable Floor, - Floor Area: 37 M2, - Spans Expanded By A Pneumatic Pipe (4 Pcs.), - Two Opposite Double-Leaf, Roll-Up Doors, - 2 Windows On Each Side Of The Tent, - Threshold With A Height Of Min. 6 Cm To Prevent Water From Entering From The Outside.2. The Equipment Offered Must Be Brand New. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Offering Used, Refabricated Or Exhibition Items.3. The Contractor Who Is Awarded The Order In A Given Part Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty Of At Least 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Delivery Acceptance Protocol, And For A Maximum Period Of 48 Months, In Accordance With The Declaration Included In The Offer Form. The Period Of The Warranty Granted For The Above Products Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating The Offers And Will Be Taken Into Account When Evaluating The Offers In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In Chapter Xx Of The Tor. 4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver The Equipment Using His Own Transport And At His Own Expense To The Place In The Siewierz Commune, Indicated By The Ordering Party. Before Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Indicate To The Contractor The Place Of Delivery Of The Equipment.5. Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence: A) The Contracting Authority, In Cases Where It Could Not Describe The Subject Of The Contract In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way, Describes These Elements By Indicating Trademarks Or Standards. Such Indications Shall Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. In Such Cases, The Ordering Party Allows Products Equivalent In Terms Of Their Quality, Target Purpose, Functions And Utility Values, And The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence Have Been Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Swz Order. B) The Trademarks Used Are Used To Determine The Technical And Quality Features Of The Products, And Do Not Indicate A Specific Manufacturer. The Ordering Party Treats Trade Names As Specific Information, Which Was Used Only To Approximate The Needs Of The Ordering Party. It Is Allowed To Use Equivalent Products To Complete The Order In Relation To Their Quality, Target Purpose, Functions And Utility Values. C) Equivalent Solutions Are To Ensure Compliance With Parameters In Terms Of Dimensions, Structure (Size, Type, Physical Properties, Number Of Components), Functional Nature (Identity Of Functions), Material Characteristics (Type And Quality Of Materials), Technical Parameters (Strength, Durab
