1. The Subject Of The Order Is The 24-Hour Removal Of Vehicles From Roads In The Gniezno District, The Operation Of A Guarded Parking Lot And The Dismantling Of Vehicles Withdrawn From Traffic For Vehicles Removed On The Basis Of Instructions From Authorized Bodies Issued Pursuant To Art. 130A Section 1 And 2 Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended).2. The Contractor Undertakes To Remove And Store Vehicles With A Permissible Total Weight: - Up To 3.5T; - Over 3.5T - Up To 7.5T; - Over 7.5T - Up To 16T; - Over 16T, As Well As: - Bicycles And Mopeds, - Motorcycles, - Electric Scooters And Personal Transport Devices.3. The Contractor Undertakes To Dismantle Decommissioned Vehicles Owned By The Gniezno County Under Final Court Decisions, After The Ordering Party Submits A Disassembly Order And The Ordering Party Accepts The Estimated Valuation Of The Parts Remaining After Dismantling.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Transport Free Of Charge To Its Parking Lot The Vehicles Removed Before The Execution Of This Order From The Guarded Parking Lot (Jankowo Dolne 65, 62-200 Gniezno) Providing Services To The Ordering Party In 2025, For Further Storage In The Guarded Parking Lot (If Applicable).5. The Dismantling Service Must Be Performed In Accordance With: - The Act Of January 20, 2005 On The Recycling Of End-Of-Life Vehicles (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 2056, As Amended), - The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). Amended), Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy And Labor Of July 28, 2005 On Minimum Requirements For Disassembly Stations And The Method Of Dismantling End-Of-Life Vehicles (Journal Of Laws Of 2005, No. 143, Item 1206, As Amended).6. For Proper Performance Of The Order, The Contractor Should Arrive At The Scene Of The Incident No Later Than 60 Minutes After Being Summoned By Persons Authorized Pursuant To Art. 130A Section 4 Of The Road Traffic Law. The Travel Time To The Site Of The Event Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers. The Method Of Evaluating Offers In This Criterion Is Described In Part Vi Of Swz.7. Parking Of Vehicles Removed From The Road Will Take Place In A Parking Lot In The Gniezno District Or The City Of Gniezno: 1) Guarded, 2) Permanently Fenced - Concrete Or Metal Fence, 3) With A Hardened Surface, 4) Lit, 5) Monitored, 6) Subject To 24-Hour Supervision, 7) Allowing For The Protection Of Damaged Vehicles In A Way That Guarantees The Lack Of The Possibility Of Environmental Contamination As Well As Significant Deterioration Of Their Condition, 8) Locked In A Way That Prevents The Entry And Exit Of A Means Of Transport Without The Permission Of The Supervisor, 9) Accessible Via A Public Road Without Tonnage Restrictions. 8.
