Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Development Conditions And Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments Areas Not Covered By Local Spatial Development Plans

4.11 The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Draft Decisions On Development Conditions Together With Graphic Annexes To The Draft Decisions, 2) Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments Together With Graphic Annexes To Draft Decisions For Areas Of The Commune Not Covered By Local Spatial Development Plans, Based On Applications Provided By The Ordering Party, 3) Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments And Decisions On Development Conditions, 4) Draft Decisions On Refusing To Determine The Location Of The Investment Public Purpose And The Decision To Refuse To Establish Development Conditions, 5) Analysis Of The Actual And Legal Status Of The Area Where The Investment Is Planned To Be Implemented, 6) Analysis And Results Of The Analysis Of The Functions And Features Of The Development And Land Development.4.12 A Single Draft Decision Consists Of: 1) The Content Of The Decision Along With The Justification And Analysis Of The Functions And Features Of The Development And Land Development, 2) Map - A Graphic Annex To The Decision With The Decision Record And The Necessary Markings And A Legend, 3) If Necessary - A Notification And Announcement Of The Initiation And Termination Of The Proceedings, Together With The Distribution List, And Cover Letters Forwarding The Draft Decision For Necessary Arrangements, In The Number Of Copies In Accordance With The Distribution List, Together With The Envelopes Described In Accordance With The Distribution List, Provided By The Ordering Party And Return Acknowledgments Of Receipt, 4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain On Its Own The Information Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Draft Decision, Including, For Example, Making A Site Visit, Assessing The Compliance Of The Investment With The Regulations On Nature Protection, With The Regulations On Environmental Protection, With The Regulations On The Protection Of Agricultural Land And Forestry, 4.13 Approximate Number Of Draft Decisions: A) Decision On The Conditions Of Development And Land Development - Max. Up To 2,000 Pcs. B) Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment - Max. Up To 50 Pcs. The Actual Number Of Decisions Will Be Adjusted To The Needs Of The Ordering Party.
