The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of One Piece Of A Brand New, Unused 18-Passenger Bus Type Vehicle, Manufactured In 2024 Or 2025, Intended For The Transport Of People, Including One Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities And People With Reduced Mobility. The Vehicle Must Be Adapted By The Manufacturer To Transport Disabled People And Meet All Applicable Legal Provisions Regarding Admission To Road Traffic And The Requirements For The Transport Of Disabled People. The Acceptance Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of A Protocol. Delivery And Acceptance A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
