The Subject Of The Order Is: Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic In The Scope Of Collection, Acceptance, Transportation And Delivery Of Postal Items, As Well As Possible Returns Of Undelivered Items.2. Postal Services Will Be Provided To The County Office In Piła And The Departments In Wyrzysk: The Department Of Communication And The Department Of Geodesy And Cartography.3. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Principles Specified In Generally Applicable Legal Provisions, Including: The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366, I.E.) Together With Applicable Implementing Acts, The Act Of June 14, 1960, The Code Of Administrative Procedure, And The Act Of November 17, 1964, The Code Of Civil Procedure.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To Swz.5. The Ordering Party Specifies The Requirements Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Act Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing The Following Activities In The Scope Of Contract Execution: 1) Collecting And Delivering Postal Items From The Ordering Party In The Piła Poviat, 2) Performing The Function Of The Ordering Partys Guardian (With The Scope Of Activities Including: Representing The Contractor Before The Ordering Party During The Execution Of The Contract, Assistance In The Implementation Of Problem Situations, Providing Information On Shipments Carried Out During The Contract, In The Event Of Using By The Ordering Party From Postal Services Not Included In The Price Form, Providing A Price List). The Above Requirement Applies Only To The Implementation Of The Contract Concluded With The Contractor. The Method Of Verifying The Employment Of These People And The Powers Of The Ordering Party To Control The Fulfillment Of The Above Requirements By The Contractor And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of This Contract.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Carry Out An On-Site Inspection.
