The Subject Of The Order Is: Development Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Bicycle Road In The Strip Of Provincial Road No. 523 On The Gardeja-Czarne Dolne Section, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, I.E. Creation Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Conditions, Arrangements, Opinions And Final Decisions, A Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment Or A Construction Permit Or Notification Of Works, Transfer Of Copyrights And Performing Copyright Supervision For The Investment Task On The Basis Of Which The Ordering Party Will Could Conduct The Tender Procedure And Select The Contractor. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Design Of A Bicycle Path With A Length Of Approx. 6.62 Km, In Accordance With The Following Scope: 1) Development Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design Documentation, Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Law, Necessary For The Performance Of Construction Works And Including In Particular: A) Obtaining Conditions And Arrangements For Design, B) Inventory And Analysis Of The Condition Of The Existing Area Covered By The Investment, C) Preparation Of Current Maps For The Purposes Of Design Reports, D) Water Law Reports And Permits Or Water Law Notifications, If Required, E) Land Development Design And Architectural And Construction Design In Accordance With The Construction Law, F) Technical Design, G) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (General And Detailed For All Design Solutions), H) Permanent Traffic Organization Design With Approval, I) Bill Of Quantities Of Works, J) Investors Cost Estimate, K) Obtaining All Necessary Technical Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements, Permits, Checks, Permits Of Competent Authorities And Units Required By Specific Regulations, L) The Ordering Party Requires That The Design Documentation Covers The Reconstruction Of Other Infrastructure (E.G. Energy, Telecommunications), If Technical Solutions Require It, M) Preparation On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Of An Application For Obtaining A Decision On The Environmental Conditions Of The Project, Along With Obtaining The Decision, 2) Conditions For The Development Of Design Documentation: A) The Documentation Should Be Prepared For All Necessary Industries, B) Construction Designs Should Take Into Account All Elements Of The Planned Investment And The Legal Status As Of The Date Of Submitting The Documentation To The Ordering Party, C) Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates, Technical Specifications Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725, As Amended) And With The Implementing Provisions Of The Act, Including, Among Others, Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On Determining The Methods And Basis For Preparing An Investors Cost Estimate, Calculating The Planned Costs Of Design Works And Planned Costs
