A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Informs That Whenever The Subject Of The Order Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Specification Of Essential Terms Of The Order Is Described By Indicating A Trademark, Patent Or Origin, Equivalent Solutions Are Allowed, I.E. Having Features And Parameters Not Worse Than Those Described In The Subject Of The Order (In Particular: With Proven Technological Equivalence, Functionality, Quality). In Such A Situation (If Applicable), The Above-Mentioned In The Indicated Descriptions, Appropriate Provisions Regarding Equivalence Are Included In Annex No. 1 In Appropriate Places. 5.
