The Scope Of Care Services Provided In The Place Of Residence Will Include: Assistance In Meeting Everyday Life Needs, Basic Hygiene Care, Care Recommended By A Doctor And Ensuring Contacts With The Environment. The Organization Of The Provision Of Care Services Will Take Into Account The Subjectivity Of The Participants, Including Respecting The Right To Respect And Protection Of Dignity, Intimacy, In Particular In The Case Of Hygiene And Care Activities, As Well As The Sense Of Security And Protection Of Personal Rights. Number Of Hours During The Order Execution Period - On Average 431 H/Month; 6,896 Hours In Total. The Applicant Planned To Provide Care Services At His Place Of Residence For At Least 3 People With Qualifications And Experience In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Esf Guidelines + A) Qualifications To Perform One Of The Professions: Community Caregiver, Assistant To A Disabled Person, Nurse, Caregiver For The Elderly, Medical Caregiver, Qualified Caregiver In A Social Welfare Home Or B) Experience In Providing Care Services, Including Professional, Voluntary Or Personal Resulting From Performing The Role Of An Actual Caregiver And Completed A Minimum 80-Hour Training In The Scope Of The Service Provided, Including First Aid Or Assistance Premedical.2. The Scope Of The Service Includes In Particular: Providing Care Services For Dependent People And Assistance To Project Participants In Meeting Their Daily Living Needs, Including Nutritional Needs, Hygiene Care, And Care Through, Among Others:  Assistance In Meeting Daily Living Needs (E.G. Activities Related To The Provision Of Food Products, Preparation Or Delivery Of Meals, Assistance In Eating Meals Or Feeding, Activities Related To Running A Household, Including Maintaining Order And Cleanliness In The Immediate Surroundings, Cleanliness Of Clothing, Personal Underwear, Bedding, Tableware And Towels, Making Necessary Purchases And Paying Household Bills, Activities Related To Managing Personal Matters, Including Assistance In Dealing With Official Matters And Assistance In Accessing Health Services, Activities Related To Active Management Of Free Time, Assistance In Moving Around); Hygienic Care (E.G. Activities Related To Maintaining Personal Hygiene, Assistance In Meeting Physiological Needs, Changing Diapers, Taking Into Account Hygiene And Care Activities, Assistance In Dressing, Changing Personal Underwear, Changing Bed Linen, Laying A Person Lying In Bed And Assistance In Changing Position); Care Recommended By A Doctor, Which Includes Care Activities Resulting From The Submitted Medical Certificate Or Medical Documentation, Supplementary To Community Nursing Care; Providing Contacts With The Environment (E.G. Activities Supporting The Establishment, Maintenance And Development Of Contacts With The Family, People From The Close Environment Of The Person Using The Services And The Local Community, Aimed At Building A Support Network For The Person Using The Se
