The Operator Of The Service Provided Is Obliged To: 1) Keep Records Of The Quantity And Quality Control Of The Services Provided, Take Timely Measures To Prevent And Eliminate Violations Of The Provision Of Services; 2) When Providing Local Telephone Services To The Subscriber, Ensure That The Subscriber Is Provided With Free Connections To The Operator Of The Emergency Call System, Emergency Medical, Law Enforcement, Fire, Emergency, Information And Other Services According To The List Determined By The Government Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan; 3) At The Request Of The Subscriber, Within The Established Time Frame And Properly Eliminate Malfunctions That Arose Through The Fault Of The Operator And Impede The Use Of The Services; 4) In Accordance With The Procedure Established By The Legislation Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan Or Acts Of The Operator, Notify The Subscriber Of Changes In Tariffs For Services, As Well As Changes In The Conditions For The Provision Of Services; 5) Recalculate The Subscription Fee For The Provision Of Services In Cases Of Lack Of Communication/Services Through No Fault Of The Subscriber, Except In Cases Where The Deadline For Repairing The Damage Was Extended Through No Fault Of The Operator; 6) In The Event Of Suspension Of The Provision Of Telephone Services Caused By Late Payment Of The Subscription Fee By The Subscriber, The Subscription Fee For The Period Of Suspension Is Not Charged. In Case Of Suspension Of The Provision Of Other Services On The Basis Specified In This Subclause, The Subscription Fee For The Period Of Suspension Is Charged In Full; 7) Ensure The Quality And Speed Of Data Transmission In Accordance With The Terms Of The Tariff Plan Chosen By The Subscriber To Its Own Data Transmission Node; 8) Issue Invoices For Services Rendered Once A Month In The Manner Prescribed By Clause 9 Of The Agreement. 9) Provide Access To The Internet Through Fiber-Optic Cable Lines, As Well As Telephone Cable Lines For The Following Subscribers Of Kgp “Taldykorganteploservice” In The Amount Of: Broadband Internet Access, Access Speed 400-500 Mbit/Sec.
