The Contracting Of The Rental Service Of Two (2) Hopper Trucks Including 2 Operators Is Requested, For A Period Of Fifteen (10) Business Days, With The Objective Of Reinforcing And Complementing The Operational Tasks Of The Municipal Fleet. This Measure Responds To The High Demand For Work That The Municipal Team Currently Faces, A Situation That Has Generated The Need For Additional Logistical Support To Ensure Continuity, Efficiency And Timeliness In The Execution Of Assigned Tasks. The Leasing Of These Vehicles Will Allow The Services To Operate Without Affecting The Deadlines Or Quality Of Service To The Community. It Should Be Noted That The Main Task To Be Carried Out Will Be The Transportation Of Bulky Material, Which The Municipality Currently Discharges Into The Authorized Landfill, Corresponding To The Cordillera Spa, Located In San Pedro De Quillota. The Contractor Must Ensure That Transportation And Unloading Is Carried Out In Accordance With Current Regulations And In Coordination With The Municipality, Providing All The Documentation Required To Support The Weighing, Such As Shipping Guides, Unloading Receipts Or Other Means Of Verification Requested By The Corresponding Technical Unit. Any Additional Costs Derived From Deviations, Operational Errors, Unauthorized Overloading Or Non-Compliance With Procedures By The Contractor Will Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Contractor And Will Not Be Covered By The Municipality. Bidders Must Present Their Economic Proposal Expressed In A Net Unit Value Per Daily Rental Trip, Considering Two Hopper Trucks. Said Offer Must Include The Total And Final Price That The Contractor Will Charge For The Provision Of The Service During Each Day. It Should Be Noted That A Minimum Of 04 Daily Trips Will Be Requested (Per Hopper). It Will Be Understood That, By Submitting The Offer, The Contractor Assumes All Risks And Imponderables That May Generate Higher Costs, Regardless Of Their Origin, Nature Or Origin, Without The Right To Subsequent Readjustments Or Modifications. The Value Offered Must Include, Expressly And Without Exception, All Costs Associated With The Provision Of The Service, Such As Staff Remuneration, Legal Impositions, Warranty Costs, Fuel, Maintenance And Operation Of The Vehicles, As Well As Any Other Expense, Whether Direct Or Indirect, Necessary For The Correct Fulfillment Of The Contract. Consequently, The Price Offered Will Constitute The Full And Only Consideration That The Municipality Must Pay, Without The Contractor Being Able To Demand Additional Payments For Any Reason During The Term Of The Contract.
