The Order Includes The Development Of Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of Ul. Katowicka On The Section From Ul. Okrzei To Ul. Winners In Żary. The Aim Of The Project Is To Develop And Improve The Quality Of Road Infrastructure By Designing The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Road In Such A Way That Every Road User Can Use It Safely And Comfortably. The Scope Of Road Infrastructure Includes: Roads, Sidewalks For Pedestrians And Bicycle Paths Or Paths For Pedestrians And Bicycles Or Sidewalks For Pedestrians And Counter Lanes For Bicycles, Exits And Access To Properties, Greenery, Small Architecture (Benches, Waste Bins And Dog Packs), Solutions For Managing Rainwater And Snowmelt, Street Lighting, Illumination Of Pedestrian Crossings, Reconstruction Of The Intersection With Ul. Winners - Raised Intersection. The Subject Of The Order Includes: Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Along With Obtaining A Formal And Legal Document Authorizing The Works, And Obtaining Approval From The Lubuskie Voivodship Conservator Of Monuments In Zielona Góra Regarding The Permit To Perform Works In The Surroundings Of A Strict Conservation Zone; Taking Into Account The Employers Design Guidelines, Indicated In Annex No. 1 To This Agreement, Including: 1) Development Of A Concept In A Descriptive And Graphic Form, 2) Development Of A Map For Design Purposes, 3) Development Of Design Documentation Containing: A) Construction Design: - Plot Or Area Development Design, - Architectural And Construction Design, - Technical Design, - Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Other Documents Required To Be Attached Under The Regulations (E.G. Derogations, Decision On Environmental Conditions), B) Design Executive, C) Bill Of Quantities Separately For Each Industry, 4) Development Of A Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 5) Development Of An Investor Cost Estimate Separately For Each Industry, 6) Development Of A Greenery Project Including Planting Greenery And Care Recommendations For The Existing And Planned Greenery, 7) Development Of Geological And Engineering Documentation Or Geotechnical Conditions For The Foundation Of Construction Structures, 8) Development Of A Schedule For The Execution Of Works Specified In The Table Of Settlement Elements, 9) Development Of A Permanent Project Traffic Organization And Its Approval By The Competent Traffic Management Authority,10) Performing Video Monitoring (And, If Necessary, Cleaning) Of The Existing Rainwater Drainage System.11) Obtaining A Formal And Legal Document Authorizing The Commencement Of The Investment Implementation (Building Permit/Application).
