Cornwall Council Has A Statutory Obligation Under The Health And Social Care Act 2012 And The Local Authorities Regulations 2013 To Provide Confidential, Open Access Sexual Health And Reproductive Health Services For The Population Of Cornwall And The Isles Of Scilly.The Authority Is Inviting Tenders From Suitably Experienced And Qualified Suppliers To Be Appointed To A Contract For The Delivery Of Sexual Health Services In Cornwall In Accordance With The Specification. This Will Be Divided Into 4 Lots:•Lot 1 Sexual And Reproductive Health Clinical Services•Lot 2 Digital Sexual And Reproductive Health Services•Lot 3 Young People – Relationships & Sex Education And Condom Distribution Scheme•Lot 4 Community Based Preventionthe Procurement Is Being Conducted In Accordance With The Provider Selection Regime Which Came Into Force In January 2024. This Procurement Falls Under Selection Process 5, The Competitive Process For Each Of The Four Lots.Please Noteeach Lot Will Contribute To A Wider Overall Sexual Health Service, Where Individual Lots Are Being Delivered By Different Providers There Will Be An Expectation That A Co-Delivery Approach Will Be Taken To Deliver The Sexual Health Service As A Whole.
