In Addition, Iis Handles School Generated Program-Based Renovations.This Competitive Rfsq Seeks To Solicit Qualification Responses From Qualified General Contractors Interested In Being Placed On The Division’S Qualified Supplier Roster (Qsr) List Of Contractors For Construction Projects.The Division Will Use This Qsr For Various Budgeted Projects Including, But Not Limited To, Renovation Projects, Larger Repairs, Demolitions, Complex Renovations And/Or Addition Projects To Both Interior/Exterior Work In A Modular Classroom/School Classroom/School Site/Administrative Building(S).The Division Will Use This Master Framework Agreement For Any Construction Project Estimated Under $1,000,000.
