Edmonton Public Schools Owns And Operates Over 230 Facilities Serving Approximately 125,000 Students.The Division Integrated Infrastructure Services (Iis), Is Responsible For These Sites And Along With Continual Operational Maintenance, Provides Renewal (Imr) And Capital (Cmr) Construction Project Support. In Addition, Iis Handles School Generated Program-Based Renovations.This Competitive Rfsq Seeks To Solicit Qualification Responses From Qualified General Contractors Interested In Being Placed On The Division’S Qualified Supplier Roster (Qsr) List Of Contractors For Construction Projects.The Division Will Use This Qsr For Various Budgeted Projects Including, But Not Limited To, Renovation Projects, Larger Repairs, Demolitions, Complex Renovations And/Or Addition Projects To Both Interior/Exterior Work In A Modular Classroom/School Classroom/School Site/Administrative Building(S).The Division Will Use This Master Framework Agreement For Any Construction Project Estimated Under $1,000,000. For Any Projects Estimated Over This, The Division Will Perform An Open Competition.Only Respondents On The Division’S Qsr List Will Be Invited To Bid On The Division’S Construction Projects, Unless Otherwise Allowed For In This Document.
