The Main Work Phases Of The Project Are:- All Measures Related To The Demolition Of The Building- Demolition Work Plan- Demolition Material And Construction Waste Clearance- Protection Of The Site Area- Harmful Substance Demolition Work- Demolition Work Of The Building To Be Demolished In Terms Of Structures And Building Technical Systems- Removal Of Pipe And Sewer Lines With Wells- Removal Of Electrical And Telecommunication Cables- Proper Disposal Of The Material To Be Dismantled Or Removed Including Landfill Fees - Removal Of Unfit Soil From The Construction Site For Filling Loose In Connection With Excavations - Filling Of Excavations - The Ground Floor Of The Demolished Building Must Be Leveled On The Crushed Stone Surface. The Contractor Acquires The Necessary Material.- All Reports, Plans And Inspections Required By Building Supervision
