And Odveluwe Wants To Bring The Quality Of Information Provision Up To Standard. The Purpose Of The Tender Is To Conclude One Agreement With One Contractor Who Will Provide The Requested Services. The Intention Is For The Agreement To Take Effect On April 1, 2026. The Assignment Includes Providing The Business Software For The Odveluwe. The Integral Business Software Has The Following Components: General Ledger Accounts Payable Administration Accounts Receivable Administration Asset Administration Budget Administration Project Administration Planning & Control Time Registration Leave Registration Purchase Obligations Contract Module (Purchasing) * Personnel File Employment Conditions Formation Hr Cycle Hiring And Terminating Employment Hiring * Payroll Administration Absenteeism Management Self-Service Employees Training Management * Management Information *These Modules Should Be Offered Optionally. The Odveluwe May Make Use Of This In The Long Term. The Assignment, As Described In This Tender Guideline And Associated Schedule Of Requirements, Is As Follows: Implementing, Maintaining And Supporting An Integrated Solution For Business Software And Delivering It Ready For Business. The Intended Services To Be Provided Are On The One Hand Incidental, Namely: The Implementation Of The Business Software, User Training, Delivery Of The Manuals And Data Conversion. On The Other Hand, These Are Structural, Namely: Hosting The Technical Environment And Providing Support To The Administrators Within Odveluwe In Accordance With An Sla To Be Agreed. Estimation Of Number Of Users Internal Odveluwe Employees 150 External Employees 5 Total Number Of Employees 155 The Term Of The Agreement The Maximum Term Of The Agreement To Be Concluded Is Eight (8) Years. The Initial Term Is Four (4) Years And Has Two Two (2) Year Extension Options, Which Can Be Invoked Unilaterally By Odveluwe. The Intention Is For The Agreement To Enter Into Force On April 1, 2026.
